Campbell Haus is an  age 21 and over Bed & Breakfast.

2 night booking special---January 2-December 31---$15 off per nite for a 2 nite stay. Not valid during festival weekends. More discounts are available for mid week, multiple nights--call for more information. Special 20% off discount for whole house booking with a 2 night stay.   Military discounts are available for active duty and retired military with a valid ID. Two night minimum is required during Festival weekends. This includes Wurstfest, Maifest and Octoberfest. Campbell Haus is a non smoking facility.  Smoking allowed outside on lower back patio only. If using a gift certificate please let us know when making reservation so we do not run on credit card or we will have to pass on the cancellation fee that the credit card companies pass on to us.

     From our turn-of-the century, three story, all brick Queen Anne Victorian home, located in the historic district of downtown Hermann Missouri; you can easily walk to the restaurants, wineries, bars & antique shops. Great care has been taken to preserve the original yellow pine floors and distinctive woodwork throughout the entire house.

We are only three blocks away from the Amtrak station . Complimentary coffee, soft drinks & bottled water is provided for every guest. We serve a full hearty breakfast every morning, or if you prefer you may choose a breakfast basket to enjoy in your room in total privacy. Let me know when you make your reservation which kind of breakfast you prefer. Check in time is between 5pm and 6pm unless other accommodations are made ahead of time. We also offer special arrangements that you can add to your room--for example if you want flowers for your sweetheart or chocolates from the Chocolate Box or dinner reservations let us know and we can arrange it for your stay.      The Campbell Haus is right across the street from the new Clara Eitmann Messmer Amphitheater.   You can sit on our front porch in rockers and enjoy the music coming from the Amphitheater.  For a schedule of events: www.hermannmissouri.com/Amphiteater.htm
