Rates are subject to change during festivals.

Rates based on double occupancy.
Discount for Sunday-Thursday night stay except during festivals.
A two night minimum stay is required during most festivals.
All credit cards will be ran at time of reservation.
Check in 5:00-6:00 pm/check out 11:00 am. Special check in time arrangements can be made with advance notice.

We the owners maintain the right to ask guests to leave at any certain time if their behavior is considered unruly or destructive or if they are disturbing other guests.

Due to a few unfortunate incidents there will be a $150 fee if innkeeper (that's me) has to clean up after people have gotten sick or if there is damage from destructive guests plus damage charges for whatever property that was destroyed.  Also a reminder that only 2 people are allowed in the jacuzzi tub in the Jillian room.

Notification prior to 30 days before Arrival date-no cancellation fee.

Notification less than 30 days prior to arrival - $25 cancellation fee per reserved night.

Notification less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date – no refund will be given unless we are able to fill your reservation date, if filled, you will receive a full refund less a $25 handling fee. Except during festival times then notification is also 30 days prior to reservation or no refund will be given unless we are able to fill your reservation date.
